Director's Message
Emily Hamilton has been dedicated to supporting the Arkansas State Police Foundation (ASPF) since 2017, initially contributing as part of the Foundation’s Auxiliary. From 2022 to 2023, she led the organization’s auxiliary as the Statewide President. In March 2023, Emily transitioned from a distinguished 22-year career as a certified registered nurse in Neonatal Intensive Care to take on the role of Executive Director of ASPF.
Emily graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Her extensive background in high-pressure, critical care settings equipped her with exceptional leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence, facilitating her seamless shift into nonprofit leadership.
Emily’s passion for the ASPF mission is deeply personal, rooted in her connection to the Arkansas State Police (ASP) through her family. Married to ASP Corporal David Hamilton, a 15- year veteran stationed in Troop K, Pike County, Emily is a proud member of the ASP family. The couple has been happily married for 25 years and are devoted parents to their three sons: Kai, Kason, and Kowen. The Hamiltons recently relocated to their “retirement” home on Lake Greeson in Kirby, Arkansas, where they cherish life on the lake and contribute actively to their community.
Emily’s dedication, leadership experience, and deep ties to the ASP community drive her vision for advancing the Foundation’s mission and expanding its positive impact across the state.
